This team collaborates cross-functionally with departments such as Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Signature Services to ensure accurate and efficient solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A core objective of the department is responsiveness. Faced with complex and highly specific customer requests, the team strives to meet exact specifications or, when not feasible, offer well-considered alternative solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This job is located in Warroad, MN.  If you need to relocate for this role, Marvin has a variety of benefit offerings to support your move.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding product capabilities, limitations, and specifications</li>\n <li>Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings</li>\n <li>Solve complex, customized, and non-recurring challenges using creative problem-solving</li>\n <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to align product options with production capabilities</li>\n <li>Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals</li>\n <li>Contribute to departmental goals tied to accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Engineering, Drafting, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field</li>\n <li>2–4 years of experience in a related field or in estimating, drafting or construction</li>\n <li>Experience in AutoCAD (we do provide training), and Microsoft Office is a plus</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the construction industry</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Also want to make sure you have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn Marvin products and systems</li>\n <li>A self-directed approach to managing priorities, deadlines, and details</li>\n <li>A collaborative mindset with sound business judgment</li>\n <li>A solution-oriented perspective and comfort with ambiguity</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
