This role ensures that print and color approvals, artwork placements, and license databases  are managed with accuracy, consistency, and attention to brand standards.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Preview color lab dips, prints, and strike offs in collaboration with the Designer and Product Development team to drive timely approvals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate feedback clearly and track approval status across all active development stages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review and adjust artwork placements and croppings to ensure accuracy and consistency across product styles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain organized artwork files and version history to support the broader design team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain internal Licensed Development Tracker.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Submit linesheets and CADs for Concept approval within Licensed Databases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the creation of artwork millsheets and pull colors as needed to facilitate production handoffs </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure documentation is complete, clearly labeled, and aligned with current seasonal standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Own the Bill of Materials (BOMs) for license product styles, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates throughout the development cycle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Own communication with licensed PD partners for concepts, development, timelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with style guide and trend research for designs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll bring to the team:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">1-2 years of experience in the licensed soft goods market.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3-5 years of experience in a design, product development, or apparel/textile preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with color approval processes (lab dips, strike offs, print proofing) is a strong plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with Licensed Partners is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with BOMs or product development software is helpful; training will be provided.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborative team player with clear and proactive communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Passion for children's apparel, print design, and the Little Sleepies brand is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we’re excited to offer you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work cross functionally with a fast-growing team, with smile-sparking products that turn everyday moments into magical memories</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A supportive environment that fosters and encourages new ideas and innovation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The opportunity to stock your drawers with Little Sleepies!
