Our growing company encourages career advancement and relocation opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Not Perfection, but Passion...That is what we are looking for!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h1>In this role you will:</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting (paid training provided)</li>\n <li>Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting</li>\n <li>Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support</li>\n <li>Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals</li>\n <li>Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues</li>\n <li>Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Role Details</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Availability</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>All day availability Monday-Friday 8AM - 6PM, Part time 20 hours</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Pay</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Up to $22.00/hour, based on experience and progression through our Level Up program</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h3>About BlueSprig</h3>\n<p>At BlueSprig, and affiliated companies, we are on a mission to change the world for children with autism.
