    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><em>Job Summary:</em></strong></p><p>The Food Safety Quality Technician tests and inspects products at various stages throughout the production process to ensure product specification compliance. &nbsp;Evaluated data to maintain the quality and integrity of products. &nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Supervisory Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>None.</li></ul><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Inspects incoming ingredients and packaging material for conformance of product specifications.</li><li>Audits blending and production processes. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintains Quality Assurance (QA) record keeping, filing system, and housekeeping programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs microbiological plating functions.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors compliance with CPF Water Quality Monitoring Program and executes the CPF Retain Program. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Tracks all aspects of production for compliance to HACCP, GMP&rsquo;s, SQF, and SOP&rsquo;s.</li><li>Responsible for calibration of laboratory and operational equipment. &nbsp;</li><li>Ensures appropriate packaging and timely shipping of all Co-pack samples are complying. &nbsp;</li><li>Inform the Quality Assurance Manager of any negative trends and initiates product on hold reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Required Skills &amp; Abilities: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Excellent&nbsp;verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to clearly communicate with various teams.</li><li>Thorough understanding of products and equipment.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Education &amp; Experience:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree (A.
