Product Analytics Analyst

We are seeking a Product Analytics Analyst to support how we measure, understand, and improve product performance across our platform. This role will focus on defining product metrics, building dashboards, and analyzing user behavior to help Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams make better, faster decisions. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working deeply in data, uncovering insights, and turning product usage into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment. Please note: We do not sponsor work-related visas.** Responsibilities: Define and maintain core product KPIs including user adoption, feature usage, retention, time-to-value, and funnel completion metrics Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into product performance for Product and Leadership teams Conduct ad hoc analyses on user behavior to support roadmap planning, feature launches, and post-release impact evaluation Map key user journeys and identify drop-off points, friction areas, and underutilized features Segment users by behavior, lifecycle stage, role, and account type to surface meaningful patterns and insights Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts through analysis and reporting Serve as a key user of Pendo, supporting configuration, tagging, and ongoing maintenance Support Google Analytics reporting and contribute to a unified view of product usage across web properties Assist in evaluating and implementing new analytics tools and integrations as the product evolves Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver insights and reporting support Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Support tracking strategy across analytics tools, including event definitions, naming conventions, and data quality checks Help audit and improve instrumentation to ensure accurate, consistent, and scalable product data What We Look For: 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related role Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo and Google Analytics Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau or similar) Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, and basic experimentation concepts Experience analyzing user behavior and product usage data Ability to translate product questions into structured analysis and insights Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams Experience with user flow mapping or process mapping is a plus Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech environments is a plus Perks and Benefits: OTR provides a competitive, comprehensive compensation package for our full-time employees: Eligibility for Individual and Company bonus programs Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/ AD&D Insurance, Short-Term Disability Pet Insurance, Paid Family Leave, Employee Assistance Program Fully Paid Maternity Leave 401(k) with Company Matching Generous PTO, Sick/Mental Health Days, Flex Holidays + Company Paid Holidays Travel Stipend to support Work Life Balance Leadership Development and Training Continuous Learning + Professional enhancements Weekly Catered Lunches + Casual Dress Code Company Paid Fitness Membership Volunteer Days and Opportunities with Company-Partnered Charities Internal Inclusion programs OTR’s mission is to create exceptional value for our clients by providing industry leading financing and back-office solutions.
