    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>This position involves the maintenance of an impaired individual in his/her own home. &nbsp;The primary function is to prevent the institutionalization of the client through the provision of long term maintenance of the client household and performing those personal care tasks that they are incapable of providing for themselves.</p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Provide personal care services to impaired individuals to allow maintenance in their own homes and to prevent institutionalization.</li><li>Follow plan of care developed for each client.</li><li>Supervise the safety and well- being at all times.</li><li>Consistently follow Standard Precautions when assisting clients.</li><li>Consistently follow Body Mechanics training protocol in performing job tasks.</li><li>Maintain daily logs and progress notes as prescribed by RN Supervisor and DMAS.</li><li>Report all changes in client condition and personal schedule to RN Supervisor in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Maintain and submit all required reports, timesheets, travel vouchers and logs in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Maintain up to date knowledge of given area of responsibility.</li><li>Regularly attends meetings, as provided, by the Agency to ensure current knowledge of areas of responsibility. &nbsp;Mandatory 12 hours of in-service annually. &nbsp;(Termination of employment if not completed.)</li><li>Research and/or recommend new process, procedures and applications which can better serve Agency or client needs.</li><li>Displays an interest and enthusiasm in on-going Agency sponsored development activities; supports company efforts with consistent participation and attendance.</li><li>Participates in Agency fundraising, as required by supervisor.</li><li>Perform on the job to the best of ability at all times.</li><li>Exhibit professional presence, consistent with Agency standards and values at all times.</li><li>Interact with Agency personnel to facilitate positive, productive working relationships.</li><li>Provide positive assistance and support at all times when dealing with staff and clients.</li><li>Maintain regular and punctual job attendance, avoiding absences and schedule changes, when possible.</li><li>Maintain highest degree of confidentiality</li></ul></div></div>\n",
