This role will be based in our manufacturing facility in <strong>Corona, CA.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>WHAT WE NEED</strong></p><p>We are seeking a hands-on <strong>Maintenance Supervisor</strong> to lead reliability and maintenance operations at our Corona, CA manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring safe and compliant operations, and developing a high-performing maintenance team.</p><p>You will play a critical role in driving plant reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.</p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><em>This position is on 3<sup>rd</sup> Shift, working Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.</em></strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across shifts to execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities</li><li>Drive equipment reliability initiatives to improve uptime and operational efficiency</li><li>Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations</li><li>Oversee daily work order planning, execution, and completion through CMMS systems</li><li>Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, and external vendors</li><li>Support capital projects, shutdown planning, and major repair initiatives</li><li>Train and develop team members in best-in-class maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques</li><li>Monitor maintenance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce rework and costs</li><li>Manage team performance through coaching, feedback, and clear accountability standards</li><li>Other duties as assigned to support business objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering preferred</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>5+ years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience</li><li>2+ years of leadership experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role</li><li>Experience in food &amp; beverage manufacturing strongly preferred</li><li>Working knowledge of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs</li><li>Strong understanding of regulatory and safety standards (OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA)</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and production equipment issues</li><li>Ability to lead in a fast-paced, production-driven environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp; <em>At BRF, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
