    "description": "<p>Job Description</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span></p>\n<p>Responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The construction project manager responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management like - Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety Management.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<p>- Schedule material deliveries</p>\n<p>- Review onsite safety</p>\n<p>- Organize job sites</p>\n<p>- Assist in keeping inventory to a minimum</p>\n<p>- Verify field employees are working set hours</p>\n<p>- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project which include architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, laborers and internal staff.</p>\n<p>- Require a job handoff for a project from the salesperson.</p>\n<p>- Have purchase orders issued, create a schedule, and create a sub list.</p>\n<p>- Gather required submittals from subcontractors</p>\n<p>- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.</p>\n<p>- Identify elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.</p>\n<p>- Monitor the progress of the project and hold bi-weekly job site meetings with subs and owners</p>\n<p>- Sub sign in sheet, meeting minutes</p>\n<p>- Forward meeting minutes to salesperson</p>\n<p>- Provide the salesperson with required information for change orders.</p>\n<p>- Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team.</p>\n<p>- Gather warranty information to provide to owner</p>\n<p>- Owner’s manual</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications/Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>For consideration, the preferred candidate needs:</p>\n<p>- A four-year Bachelor’s degree in construction project management or equivalent experience.</p>\n<p>- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.</p>\n<p>- Excellent communication skills.</p>\n<p>- Thorough knowledge of safety standards is essential.</p>\n<p>- Strong knowledge of MS Office &amp; MS Project.</p>\n<p>- Ability to travel state wide is required – valid driver’s license.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n<p>Salary: Based on experience</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Alliance provides a full benefit package including vacation, health, dental &amp; vision insurance, 401k match and company paid disability and life insurance.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Alliance Construction &amp; Design is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
