          "text": "<p><u>About the Role: </u></p><p>KPFF’s Special Projects Group is seeking qualified Structural Engineers/Certified Divers that are ready to take their career to the next level.&#xa0; The successful candidate(s) will have the opportunity to be directly involved in a wide variety of challenging projects including port developments, marine engineering, ferry terminals, shipyards, fish &amp; wildlife facilities, naval facilities, small boat marinas, municipal structures, floating structures, and design-build infrastructure.&#xa0; We are looking for self-motivated people who are eager to develop design with project management skills and who are passionate about providing exceptional client service.</p>",

          "text": "<p><u>Who We’re Looking For:</u></p><ul><li>BS in Civil Engineering (with a structural emphasis)</li><li>MS in Civil Engineering preferred (with a structural emphasis)</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience with underwater and topside inspection of marine infrastructure</li><li>Technical Report writing experience preferred.</li><li>Candidates should be comfortable operating small watercraft</li><li>EIT is required, PE or SE preferred.</li><li>Current ADCI certification card</li><li>Ability to operate on SCUBA and Surface Supplied Air</li><li><strong>Travel required</strong></li><li>Current First Aid, CPR, AED, Oxygen Administration Certifications</li><li>Current/Ability to pass ADCI Compliant Dive Physical</li><li>Concrete, steel, and timber design experience</li><li>Pre-stressed concrete and seismic design experience preferred</li><li>Familiarity with performance-based seismic design, non-linear push-over analysis, and soil-structure interaction analysis preferred</li><li>Knowledge of ASCE 61-14, AASHTO, IBC, ASCE-7, AISC, ACI, and NDS</li><li>Proficiency in SAP2000, L-Pile, MS Excel, and VBA is preferred</li><li>Ability to work dynamically with clients and project team members</li><li>An interest in working on a wide variety of non-building related project types</li></ul>",

The expected total compensation range for a qualified candidate is $90,000 - $160,000 including performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
