    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.15.19/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.15.19/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div id=\"isPasted\"><p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Duties are as follows but not limited to:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Clean and set tables to Sternewirth standards.</li><li>Deposit dishes appropriately in the dish room or other specified area.</li><li>Pull dirty plates from tables while guests are still seated.</li><li>Stock bussing stations.</li><li>Deliver required food plates or beverages as necessary.</li><li>Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.</li><li>Assist in room service as needed.</li><li>Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary.</li><li>Stock and refill ice.</li><li>Ensure proper stock of spirits, wines, and beer.</li><li>Change kegs when needed.</li><li>Fill and operate dishwasher.</li><li>Polish and stock glassware.</li><li>Prepare, stock and replenish garnishes as needed.</li><li>Perform opening and closing tasks as specified on checklist.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Position requires effective communication with departments and team. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to present and conduct oneself professionally and emulates the Hotel Emma culture.</li><li>Minimum knowledge, previous experience not required.</li><li>Flexible schedule required, to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays.</li><li>The Barback and Busperson must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. &nbsp;</li></ul></div>\n    </div>\n  </div></div></div>\n",
