    "description": "<p>Action for Healthy Communities Society of Alberta (AHC) is seeking qualified Mental Health Service Providers to deliver short-term, culturally responsive, trauma-informed counselling services through its Mental Health Clinic.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>About AHC</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>AHC is a provincial non-profit organization established in 1995, dedicated to strengthening the wellbeing and resilience of diverse communities across Alberta through settlement, community development, education, and health initiatives.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>1. Direct Client Services</p>\n<p>· Conduct intake-informed assessments and develop service plans with clients</p>\n<p>· Deliver short-term individual counselling (typically 4+ sessions per client)</p>\n<p>· Support client engagement and completion of treatment goals</p>\n<p>· Identify needs for referral to external services where appropriate</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>2. Group &amp; Psychoeducational Services</p>\n<p>· Design and facilitate group sessions and workshops</p>\n<p>· Incorporate culturally responsive and creative approaches</p>\n<p>· Collaborate with AHC leadership on program design and delivery</p>\n<p>· Provide outcome summaries following group sessions</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>3.
