With competitive pay and benefits, stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, <strong>National Beef could become your next career move!  </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Wages and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Family-friendly benefits including Health, Dental and Vision</li>\n <li>Paid vacation</li>\n <li>Paid holidays</li>\n <li>Employee meat purchase program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Export Billing Clerk Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Prepare export documents for both frozen & chilled</p></li>\n <li><p>Track documents</p></li>\n <li><p>Originate applications for frozen and chilled export orders</p></li>\n <li><p>Present documents to USDA for all export loads</p></li>\n <li><p>Request bookings and scheduling Frozen Exports</p></li>\n <li><p>Tracking Inventory for outside freezers</p></li>\n <li><p>Letter of credit/Wire Transfers</p></li>\n <li><p>Creating Orders for freezer</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicating with Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Kansas City and Chicago offices</p></li>\n <li><p>Freight</p></li>\n <li><p>Fed Ex samples</p></li>\n <li><p>Cross training to help with other departments</p></li>\n <li><p>Other duties as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is an on-site position.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for the Export Billing Clerk should possess the following</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Reliability and attention to detail are most important</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel</p></li>\n <li><p>Possess efficient data entry skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be computer literate, proficient in ten key, basic Excel knowledge and strong clerical experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Reliable</p></li>\n <li><p>Positive work history and attendance records</p></li>\n <li><p>Team Player with good communication skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Good telephone etiquette skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Possess a professional attitude/conduct</p></li>\n <li><p>Lift up to 25 lbs</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
