This is a <strong>hunter role</strong>.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>The Talent Acquisition Manager owns the organizational <strong>end-to-end talent performance</strong> across all KRC requisitions. You will directly source, engage, and close candidates while building long-term pipelines through apprenticeships, schools, industry networks, and creative sourcing strategies.</p><p>Success is measured by <strong>speed, quality, and consistency</strong>.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Direct Sourcing &amp; Hiring Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Personally source and recruit skilled candidates daily</li><li>Deliver hires within required timelines:    <ul>      <li>Entry / Mid-level roles: <strong>30 days</strong></li>      <li>Senior roles: <strong>60 days</strong></li>      <li>Specialty &amp; Master Technician roles: <strong>90 days</strong></li>    </ul></li><li>Maintain a consistent, qualified pipeline across all active requisitions&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Full Requisition Ownership</strong></p><ul><li>Actively manage all open roles, prioritizing by business urgency</li><li>Lead intake meetings with hiring managers</li><li>Drive communication, transparency, and momentum throughout the hiring process&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Apprenticeship &amp; Pipeline Development</strong></p><ul><li>Own and expand the KRC Apprenticeship Program</li><li>Build relationships with trade schools, technical programs, and OEM partners</li><li>Develop long-term talent supply aligned to Field Service, Projects Division needs&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Innovative &amp; Network-Driven Recruiting</strong></p><ul><li>Leverage non-traditional sourcing methods: competitor targeting, referrals, veterans, industry events</li><li>Experiment, measure, and iterate sourcing strategies continuously</li><li>Actively promote KRC’s employer brand in the skilled trades market&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Hiring Manager Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Operate as a peer partner to leaders—not simply an&nbsp;order taker</li><li>Drive accountability to recruiting processes and SLAs</li><li>Provide market insight and hiring recommendations&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p><ul><li>Consistent candidate flow</li><li>Reduced time-to-fill</li><li>Strong hiring manager confidence</li><li>Sustainable pipeline development</li><li>Direct impact on revenue capacity</li></ul>",
