    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Principal Program Schduler </strong>providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/C3M), Mission Planning Division.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Mission Planning Division (AFLCMC/C3M) leads the development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise Mission Planning Systems (MPS) supporting all U.S. Air Force aviation platforms. The Division delivers modular, integrated mission planning capabilities that connect operational tasking and intelligence data with aircraft avionics and aircrew mission requirements. By enabling aircrews to electronically receive and process tasking orders, intelligence inputs, target coordinates, and mission‑critical flight and weapons data, MPS enhances combat effectiveness, increases sortie generation rates, and improves aircrew readiness and survivability across the Combat Air Forces (CAF) and Mobility Air Forces (MAF).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In parallel with sustaining current mission planning capabilities, the Division is developing the next-generation Joint Mission Planning System Open Mission System (JOMS), a cloud‑based, micro‑service architecture designed to accelerate planning timelines, enhance collaboration, and deliver containerized services tailored to operational needs. Working closely with program managers, developers, industry partners, and the user community, the team is shaping the future of agile, modern mission planning. Major customers include Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Mobility Command (AMC), Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC), and Air Education and Training Command (AETC).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a full-time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties include, but not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO</li>\n <li>Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams)</li>\n <li>Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success</li>\n <li>Support requirements development, plan preparation and assess ability to achieve results</li>\n <li>Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management</li>\n <li>Perform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level clearance</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field</p>\n<p><strong>Years of experience: </strong>10+ years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoD sector</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.</p>\n<p><strong>Travel: </strong>Travel may be required at the discretion of the customer</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-MK1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
