This role resolves Tier 2 escalations, manages SSO/SAML reviews, administers Google Workspace and JumpCloud, and assists with IT projects across multiple regions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(139, 105, 20); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Administer user accounts, groups, and policies in Google Workspace and JumpCloud.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Manage SaaS tools including Zoom, RingCentral, Salesforce, and Exclaimer.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Review and test SAML/SSO integrations for new applications.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Support JAMF Pro workflows including device profiles and app deployment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Troubleshoot access, authentication, and provisioning issues escalated from Tier 1.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Escalate complex system issues to Systems Administrator II.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Collect requirements for new tools or workflows and support project planning.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Provide on‑site support 2–3 days per week within the assigned region.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Travel as needed for hardware rollouts and network upgrades.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Maintain system and workflow documentation in Confluence.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Draft end‑user communications for updates and new releases.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At Private Medical, we know that a great experience for patients, physicians, and the entire team transpires when people from different geographies, religions, ethnicities, political affiliations, genders, abilities, and creeds engage in collaboration.
