Duties include meticulous record-keeping in alignment with Quality Systems Procedure Manuals, Quality Control Supervisor, and Quality Control Standards.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct dimensional evaluations for standard, non-standard, and nuclear fittings.</li><li>Oversee receiving, in-process, and final inspections, including ultrasonic thickness measurements, hardness testing, and Positive Material Identification (PMI).</li><li>Perform visual assessments, marking verification, and packaging inspections.</li><li>Approve and verify heat treat charts and coating inspections.</li><li>Maintain thorough documentation and traceability of all inspection activities.</li><li>Calibrate and maintain measuring equipment, including programming and using coordinate measurement equipment (Romer).</li><li>Prepare and review all required reports and documentation.</li><li>Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and adhere to emergency procedures.</li><li>Fulfill duties in both indoor and outdoor environments as directed by the QC Supervisor.</li><li>Perform tasks involving heavy lifting when required.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen.</li><li>Experience with CCM Romer.</li><li>Possess foundational math skills and precision measuring instrument proficiency.</li><li>Exhibit punctuality, attention to detail, and effective English communication skills.</li><li>Prioritize workplace cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Consistently wear approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).</li></ul><p><strong>Education and/or Experience</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.&nbsp;</li><li>Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field such as Manufacturing Technology, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or 2 years related discipline is preferred.</li><li>Manufacturing/Industrial metallurgical experience preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
