System Support</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Lead advanced troubleshooting, repair, and diagnostics for conveyor systems, automation equipment, electrical systems, and material handling equipment (MHE).</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Serve as the technical escalation point for complex mechanical, electrical, and controls‑related issues.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Troubleshoot and support PLC‑controlled systems, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, encoders, and associated controls (Allen‑Bradley preferred).</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement long‑term corrective solutions.</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong>Preventive Maintenance &amp; Reliability</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Ensure 100% completion of Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs, while recommending improvements to PM strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Take ownership of assigned critical systems or equipment, acting as a subject matter expert.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Partner with leadership to support continuous improvement and system reliability initiatives.</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong>Leadership &amp;
