Let them know that you’re there to take care of them.</li><li>Enter food and beverage orders from guests and servers into the point-of-sale system.</li><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with our drink recipes.</li><li>Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt in the point-of-sale system</li><li>Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change.</li><li>Wash and sterilize glassware.</li><li>Present Cantina Menu, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages, food and restaurant services.</li><li>Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food, drinks, and service.</li><li>Respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers.</li><li>Maintain organization and cleanliness in the bar area.</li><li>Perform side work at the start and end of each shift, as management requires.</li><li>Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.</li><li>Be familiar with TABC and Alcohol Service policies.</li><li>Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.</li><li>Be ready and willing to assist fellow bartenders and servers.</li><li>Attend all scheduled team member meetings.</li></ul>",
