Come find out how our people power modern life.</p>\n<h2>About this Role</h2>\n<p>The Forward Deployed Engineering Manager (FDEM) is a senior, hands-on technical leader who drives high-impact solution delivery from concept to production. In this role, you will own one to two active projects at a time-leading technical discovery, shaping solution architecture, mentoring engineers, and delivering real business outcomes. Whether building domain-specific AI chatbots, custom applications, or backend automation, you'll apply modern development practices and AI-powered tooli...This is not a people management role in the traditional sense.
