This pay for this position starts at $10.75   This position is located at the San Juan International Airport.    We offer: - Paid time off - Employee rental car discounts - Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing - Health Insurance - Life Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Training and development   Schedule: flexible schedule    \n<h2>Qualifications</h2>- Must be at least 18 years of age - High School Diploma or G.E.D. - Must be fluent in Spanish & English - Must possess a valid (not expired) Puerto Rico driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years - No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years - Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. - This position will work  at least 40 hours a week.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply</li>\n <li>Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot</li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable</li>\n <li>Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits</li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management</li>\n <li>Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly</li>\n <li>Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness</li>\n <li>Thank member for their business</li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>",
