    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs required daily maintenance inspections on park attractions, including but not limited to waterslides and pools.</li>\n <li>Responsible for basic and routine pool cleaning and recording chemical readings, water temperatures, etc. as required by the supervisor.</li>\n <li>Performs basic building, attraction and grounds maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, painting, carpentry, mechanical and preventative maintenance activities related to structures.</li>\n <li>May operate equipment or motorized vehicles (e.g. drills, saws, forklifts, truck, and high lifts) in performance of duties.</li>\n <li>May work with a variety of chemicals.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Posted schedule may be subject to change based on operational needs such as weather condition, guest attendance and department needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>18 years of age or older.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Two years related experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with good driving record.</li>\n <li>Able to operate and maintain mechanical equipment safely.</li>\n <li>Able to perform heavy physical work for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Able to climb ladders, work at heights up to 100 feet, and/or in enclosed spaces.</li>\n <li>Able to work in varied weather conditions (i.e. extreme heat, rain.)</li>\n <li>Able to balance multiple assignments successfully.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Able to provide excellent guest service by positively interacting with guests and upholding the Make it G.R.E.A.T. standards required.</li>\n <li>Able to maintain courteous and helpful behavior towards guests and fellow team members.</li>\n <li>Able to maintain appropriate employee appearance, per the employee handbook.</li>\n <li>Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.</li>\n <li>This position is seasonal and not eligible for overtime pay.</li>\n <li>Subject to Drug Free Workplace Policy.</li>\n <li>Subject to Criminal Background check.</li>\n <li>Subject to BMV check.</li>\n</ul>",
