We recognize our employees hard work and dedication are the driving force of our success, and we continually look for ways to reward them.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Yard Material Handlers provide exceptional customer service in our outdoor yard environment with the use of proper material handling practices and PPE to load, unload, and store material.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Starting rate $18 hourly! Annual Performance based raises!</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Inventory management and merchandising of product</li>\n <li>Safe and proper use of equipment and materials</li>\n <li>Work outside year-round in a variety of seasonal weather conditions</li>\n <li>Customer service skills to service our customers</li>\n <li>Full time 40+ hours per week – Consistent schedule – Ideal retail hours!</li>\n <li>Paid weekly on Fridays</li>\n <li>Discretionary profit share after one year of employment</li>\n <li>Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 50-80lbs regularly and able to operate a propane forklift safely</li>\n <li>Must wear PPE</li>\n <li>Building material product knowledge a plus </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Curtis Lumber we embrace a culture of accountability and safety.
