Qualifications Education/Skills/Training: High school diploma or approved equivalent. Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding. Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills. Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude. Experience: Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations.
