If you thrive in fast-paced environments, understand the world of equipment relocation, and can coordinate electrical/mechanical interfaces without breaking a sweat, this role is for you.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Own</span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Lead machinery moving projects from planning through closeout&mdash;industrial facilities, manufacturing lines, electrical/mechanical equipment, and more.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Build and maintain project schedules while coordinating labor, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and site requirements.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Develop scope, estimate jobs, and support bid proposals for both turnkey and support-only projects.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Communicate directly with clients, GCs, and subcontractors&mdash;clear, timely, and confident.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Oversee safety planning, job hazard analysis, and compliance documentation.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Manage budgets, track job cost, and forecast labor/equipment needs.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Drive RFIs, change orders, submittals, and procurement activities.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Support field execution with proactive planning, strong presence, and quick problem-solving.</li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">What Makes You Successful Here</span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">You know industrial environments&mdash;manufacturing, heavy equipment, plant upgrades, rigging, or machinery moving.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">You understand how electrical and mechanical scopes tie into equipment relocation.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">You&rsquo;re organized, assertive, and unafraid to take ownership.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">You communicate well with both field crews and high-level clients.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">You think ahead, avoid surprises, and bring solutions&mdash;not noise.</li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Must-Haves</span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">3&ndash;7 years of experience in machinery moving, industrial construction, rigging, or specialty contracting.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Strong project coordination skills and familiarity with equipment such as gantries, forklifts, skates, cranes, etc.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and equipment installation requirements.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Solid experience with job cost tracking, scheduling, and project documentation.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to be on active job sites regularly.</li></ul><h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Nice-to-Haves</span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Experience working with electrical and mechanical contractors.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Estimating experience for industrial or specialty-rigging projects.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Familiarity with OSHA requirements and site safety planning.</li></ul><h2><br></h2></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
