We’re looking for someone like you to flex your problem-solving prowess in a rapidly evolving systems security research and development environment.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a capability development specialist on our team, you’ll support full project lifecycles. Guiding an agile team of professionals, you’ll manage reverse engineering and vulnerability analyses of diverse software problems. You’ll inform operational parameters for complex systems, as well as leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to influence the delivery of your work. Using your network operations experience, you’ll determine what the art of the possible is and what can be done—and then you’ll bring it to life for your clients. </p>\n<p>Help us combat the most advanced adversaries and defend national security.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join us. The world can’t wait.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You Have:</strong>   </p>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of experience with software development using C, C++, Rust, or Python</li>\n <li>6+ years of experience developing exploit capabilities for Linux environments </li>\n <li>6+ years of experience working in an Agile, SAFe or iterative software development using tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and GitLab, and employing DevSecOps processes </li>\n <li>Experience as a senior technical leader and mentor, elevating team performance, skills, and developing cyber personnel, fostering technical depth, professional growth, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Experience taking a defined vulnerability from concept to exploitation proof of concept </li>\n <li>Experience with Linux kernel exploitation techniques, privilege escalation, or persistence techniques </li>\n <li>Experience gathering requirements and designing and developing approaches for product security, resilient cryptographic solutions, and anti-forensic measures  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of operating system internals, such as processes, memory, or file systems</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph </li>\n <li>HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with software development, Associate’s degree and 6+ years of experience with software development, or Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience with software development</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Nice If You Have:</strong>    </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience with Assembly </li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Cybersecurity </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance:</strong> </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $41.78 to $95.20 per hour.
