Ideal candidates will actively pursue sales opportunities and qualified leads provided by field service technicians and call centers. If you have previous experience in outside sales and aspire to succeed in a leading company, we encourage you to apply!</p>\n<p>This opportunity provides:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sales Representatives are paid a weekly salary of $500 during and after training. After training, they are eligible for 5% of total sales after $15,000 in weekly qualified sales and an additional 2% of total sales after $25,000 in qualified sales per week PLUS mileage reimbursement. </li>\n <li>This position has a weekly base pay plus commission.</li>\n <li>All leads provided, no cold calls.</li>\n <li>Flexible work schedules</li>\n <li>Top industry benefits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Water Restoration Sales Responsibilities</strong>: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market.</li>\n <li>The Sales Representative will perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.</li>\n <li>Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.</li>\n <li>Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.</li>\n <li>Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.</li>\n <li>Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.</li>\n <li>Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.</li>\n <li>Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers. </li>\n <li>Collect monetary payment and move on to the next service call. </li>\n <li>Direct interaction with vulnerable populations such as children or elderly.</li>\n <li>Extensive driving to customer in a timely and professional manner.</li>\n <li>Entering customers’ residence providing trustworthy service while solving the problem.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Water Restoration Sales Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.</li>\n <li>Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while also being available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.</li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.</li>\n <li>Plumbing experience is not necessary or required however, knowledge of Water Restoration and practices is required. </li>\n <li>Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality</li>\n <li>A Working knowledge of common software programs such as Word, Excel, etc.  Other Roto-Rooter specific computer programs will also be used.</li>\n <li>Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered</li>\n <li>Maintains IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certification in Water Damage Restoration.</li>\n <li>Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>At Roto-Rooter, we believe our most significant investment is in our employees.
