Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: providing activity reports to our MSSP customers, scheduling proactive meetings to discuss the MSSP service deliverables with existing customers, assist in keeping technical projects on track, providing updates to the MSSP Manager and Director of MSSP Operations, tracking and working with the customer regarding any/all customer satisfaction issues, and promoting our services to ensure customer happiness at every opportunity. Additionally, the SDM will work closely with SOC analysts, SOC engineers and Sales staff.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Experience navigating and working with small, medium and large enterprise IT organizations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Collect required information when working on customer needs and wants regarding the MSSP service.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Coordinate issues resolution activities with varied organizations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Review entire problem logs and identify recurring problems.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Record projects status along with open issues every week.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><strong>&nbsp;Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Understanding of application, server and network security.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Exhibit strong communication skills that are necessary to be a bridge between customers,&nbsp;Avertium SOC Analysts and Engineers and client security teams.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">This team member will collaborate with other Avertium teams to ensure customer satisfaction, drive resolution of issues to closure and excel in building customer relationships.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><strong>Experience &amp; Education:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Minimum of Bachelor&#39;s Degree in information security, computer science, management or a related field or have 3-5 years of experience.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Network and systems certifications such as Security +, Network + and CISSP, are preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Other industry certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, PMP are strongly considered.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Passion for computers, networking, and open source applications and products.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Comfortable managing multiple customers.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Strong problem-solving skills, intelligence, initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Experience in consulting strongly preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Involve actively in training programs as well as pass certification exams.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><strong>Desirable Skills:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Experience with SIEM technology, such as AlienVault, LogRhythm</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Vulnerability Management, Mitre Att&amp;CK Framework, NIST Assessments and Incident Response</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Experience with Linux and Windows in virtual environments.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Experience with report writing and creating other types of relevant documentation.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Experience with industry standard benchmarks.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">In addition to a career in the challenging world of computer and network security, Avertium offers competitive salaries, full benefits, participation in 401(k), and opportunities for professional growth and development.
