We don’t turn away from challenges — we solve them.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate will be a seasoned electrical professional with project management experience, ready to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the crew when needed, whether that means managing schedules, wiring a panel, or booking flights to a remote site.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Electrical Services Manager (ESM) is responsible for leading OptimERA’s electrical and power services operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects ranging from maintenance and construction to system commissioning and upgrades. This position requires a mix of management, technical, and field engagement skills to coordinate personnel, logistics, and customer relationships across multiple job sites.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The ESM will also serve as a mentor and resource for field crews, promoting safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship while representing OptimERA’s commitment to reliability and integrity.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>This role may accommodate an approved rotational schedule for qualified applicants, with compensation aligned to the reduced schedule.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and manage the electrical services team, including scheduling, task assignment, performance oversight, and mentoring.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects — from design and installation to commissioning and closeout, in collaboration with other internal divisions (telecom, construction, and logistics).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide hands-on technical support and participate directly in field work when necessary to meet deadlines or support the crew.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), National Safety Code (NESC), State of Alaska regulations, and company safety standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage assigned projects from inception to completion, including sales, estimates, budgets, material procurement, subcontractors, and job documentation.</span></li>\n<li>Manage internal and external stakeholders, including electrical staff, clients, engineers, and inspectors, to maintain professional communication and resolve project issues quickly.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in developing internal training programs, SOPs, and safety documentation to maintain a strong and consistent service culture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify opportunities for growth and improvement across electrical operations and support OptimERA’s broader strategic initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support or lead commissioning, testing, and documentation of new electrical installations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be willing to perform “whatever it takes” tasks, including logistics coordination, cleaning job sites, ordering parts, organizing equipment, making coffee, or even going to get snacks for the crew on a late-night project. In other words, the ESM will be prepared to take the necessary steps to ensure operations run smoothly. </span><br></li>\n<li>The Field Service Manager will leverage and support alternate OptimERA capabilities where appropriate.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Skills:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We encourage all capable, motivated applicants to apply.
