    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.’s Commercial Sealants &amp; Waterproofing and Roofing &amp; Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc. Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&amp;D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.</p><p><strong>GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.</li></ul><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects before production to ensure a clean, clear, and safe work environment.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Examines materials, ingredients, or products per quality standards.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ensures equipment is set up, cleaned, sanitized, and operated properly before, after, and between runs.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Conducts ongoing assessment of quality control and operational procedures.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Meets and/or exceeds production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times and reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">No formal education required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">No prior experience or training.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><i><strong>OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></i></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Models the values and expectations of 168 - integrity, responsible entrepreneurship, commitment, and moral courage.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Demonstrates accepted ethical and professional business behavior.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Executes ISO authority and responsibility. Completes and maintains all required training.
