    "description": "<p>We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee and optimize contract manufacturing operations and external production partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and timely manufacturing while working closely with internal departments and third-party vendors.</p>\n<p>This role requires strong operational leadership, supply chain expertise, and hands-on experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard contract manufacturers and service providers.</li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external manufacturing partners and suppliers.</li>\n<li>Negotiate pricing, lead times, and service agreements.</li>\n<li>Develop production and supply plans according to company requirements.</li>\n<li>Coordinate production schedules and material availability with manufacturers.</li>\n<li>Ensure timely delivery of finished products.</li>\n<li>Monitor production capacity and identify potential supply risks.</li>\n<li>Work closely with QA/QC teams to resolve manufacturing and quality issues.</li>\n<li>Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Monitor manufacturing KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.</li>\n<li>Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, R&amp;D, and Engineering teams.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.<br>Master’s degree – an advantage.</li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain management.</li>\n<li>Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party production vendors.</li>\n<li>Experience in electro-mechanical or hardware manufacturing environments.</li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.</li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and project management skills.</li>\n<li>Fluent English – written and spoken.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.</li>\n<li>High level of accountability and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li>\n<li>Results-oriented approach.<br></li>\n</ul>",
