          "text": "<p>The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, and tax-related matters for the U.S. and Canadian entities. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with strong closing experience, in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, external audits, and local tax regulations, as well as a solid understanding of how finance interacts with sales operations, logistics flows, and overall business processes.</p><p><strong>Financial Closing &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and year-end financial closings for U.S. and Canadian entities</li><li>Oversee logistics closing, expense accruals, statutory accounting, and external audit processes</li><li>Prepare and deliver internal financial closing reports to headquarters</li></ul><p><strong>Balance Sheet &amp; Financial Integrity</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the soundness and integrity of balance sheet accounts, including assets, liabilities, and equity</li><li>Monitor and manage key financial risks and accounting issues impacting the entities</li></ul><p><strong>HQ Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary owner to follow up and manage finance-related issues raised by HQ</li><li>Ensure timely resolution and clear communication on all major financial matters</li></ul><p><strong>Tax Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all tax filings and payments for U.S. and Canadian entities</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact with local tax authorities</li><li>Coordinate tax-related matters with external tax advisors and auditors</li></ul><p><strong>External Partners Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and effectively utilize external accounting firms and selected law firms supporting the U.S. and Canadian entities</li><li>Coordinate audits, tax reviews, and other professional engagements</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 / per year (D.O.E)</strong></p>",
