As a key steward of our company culture, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, delivering professional guidance across all areas of the HR function. In this role, you will help foster a positive workplace environment while supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and employee development initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This full-time, onsite position requires schedule flexibility, including regular 5:30 a.m. start times two to three days per week.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support employee and labor relations activities, including grievance administration, workplace investigations, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements.</li>\n <li>Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for hourly and salaried employees.</li>\n <li>Partner with supervisors on performance management, attendance administration, corrective actions, and employee relations matters.</li>\n <li>Administer payroll, benefits, leave of absence programs, workers’ compensation claims, and employee recordkeeping while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.</li>\n <li>Develop and support training initiatives, prepare HR reports, and analyze workforce metrics to drive employee engagement, compliance, and operational effectiveness.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree</li>\n <li>3 plus years relevant experience</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and quickly learn new systems and processes</li>\n <li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One or more of SHRM/HR certifications</li>\n <li>Prior HR experience in a unionized facility</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Culture and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p>Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
