Responsibilities include contract execution and review, quality assurance, effective communication with clients, teams, and management, and fostering a collaborative culture that exemplifies the firm’s values. Administrative responsibilities: We are seeking a proactive leader to manage, train, and engage team members while supporting standard procedures and processes. This role includes conducting meetings, overseeing onboarding, tracking learning paths, providing guidance on goals and performance, approving travel, equipment, and professional development, and ensuring smooth communication between leadership and team. The ideal candidate actively models company values, participates in leadership initiatives, and supports team growth, engagement, and project success while maintaining oversight of administrative and financial processes.
