Each day our teams across the world are putting their best foot forward to change the path of health of humanity in significant ways. </span></p>\n<p><span>In the fast-changing world we are determined to make connections across science and technology to combine our own expertise in Wound Management &amp; Care with solutions to enable the care givers deliver superior patient – centric outcomes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Job Description </span></span></p>\n<p><span>We are looking to recruit Product Specialists and Senior Product Specialist</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: </span>Mumbai</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Responsible for company’s product sales to new and existing accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration </span></li>\n<li><span>Accomplish targeted sales and increase market share </span></li>\n<li><span>Serve multiple accounts in designated territory/geography </span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct and implement Market Development Activities within the guidelines of the company </span></li>\n<li><span>Make pre-planned sales presentations and demonstrate proper use of products to Medical Practitioners </span></li>\n<li><span>Contact and schedule appointments with potential new customers </span></li>\n<li><span>Promote and coordinate Professional Education activities extensively to enhance the knowledge of Healthcare Professionals </span></li>\n<li><span>Regular customer visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions </span></li>\n<li><span>Execute contract and/or tender management activities </span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate with supply and logistic team to ensure product availability </span></li>\n<li><span>Follow up with customers and provide technical and professional support</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Analysis and development of sales forecasts for business planning by account and submit to management </span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare sales reports and documents as required. </span></li>\n<li><span>Regularly monitor end customer consumption pattern and work on improvement plan </span></li>\n<li><span>Timely reporting on customer meetings sample evaluations on software platform of the company as per management guidance </span></li>\n<li><span>Strictly abide by compliance guidelines </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Education </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum qualification: Graduation </span></li>\n<li><span>Good to have: Master’s in business management / Knowledge in using computer applications, such as MS Office and CRM applications will be preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Experience &amp; Skills </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Required: </span></span><span>At least – 3 to 5 years of prior experience in Surgical Devices </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Preferred: </span></span><span>Candidates from Wound care &amp; Wound closure background</span></p>",
