This role ensures architectural coherence, engineering quality, and scalable delivery while shaping how AI agents are designed, governed, and integrated into blockchain-based and regulated systems.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Engineering Lead will orchestrate a matrix of technical leads (Architecture, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Security, AI/Data, QA) and elevate our engineering maturity to production-grade standards.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #38312f;
