Whether it be in setting priorities, defining ideas, or carrying out processes, we are committed to ensuring that our values are manifested at all levels of our organization.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>The Impact You’ll Make</span></span></p>\n<p><span>As a Senior RPG Programmer/Analyst, you will lead the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of business-critical IBM i applications.  You are architecting solutions that help our clients bridge the gap between legacy reliability and modern efficiency – not just writing code.</span></p>\n<p><span>You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, providing our clients with consulting services in support of their business applications systems.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Day-to-Day Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Consult &amp; Collaborate:</span></span><span> Support our clients in resolving application issues, identify business needs, and deliver solutions throughout the full project life cycle.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Architect &amp; Develop:</span></span><span> Analyze, design, code, and test software applications using all versions of RPG and SQL.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Testing and Quality Assurance:</span></span><span> Ensure program and application integrity through various testing phases (Unit, Integration, Smoke, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Document and Communicate:</span></span><span> Translate system architecture into clear textual and visual documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Quality Leadership:</span></span><span> Capable of leading a small technical team when required. Lead code reviews for database and logic changes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Modernize:</span></span><span> Support our clients to transform legacy business applications into modern, scalable ILE applications.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What You Bring to the Table</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Expertise:</span></span><span> 20+ years of proven experience with the IBM i (iSeries/AS/400) platform.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Advanced RPG:</span></span><span> Mastery of various forms of RPG (especially RPGLE, including Free-form syntax and embedded SQL).</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Database Depth:</span></span><span> Expert-level DB2 application programming and database design.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Modern Concepts:</span></span><span> Deep understanding of ILE concepts (Modules, Service Programs, Binding Directories)</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Change Management:</span></span><span> Experience navigating structured deployment and version control processes.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Communication:</span></span><span> Capable of verbal and written communication with various levels of client personnel.
