We’re looking for someone who brings energy, confidence, and the qualifications to match, including a current Duty Manager’s Certificate (or the ability to immediately apply for one). </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">As Duty Manager, you’ll lead our front-of-house team during day and evening service - ensuring every guest interaction reflects our high standards and unique setting. You’ll support staff on the floor, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and take ownership of service delivery, team direction, and the daily rhythm of the venue. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our F&amp;B offering as we continue to refine what Jack’s Point represents.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Drive smooth, consistent daily operations and uphold service excellence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Act as a key point of leadership during service, supporting team performance and cohesion</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety, and brand standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Coach staff on product knowledge and service style, with an eye for improvement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee cash handling, presentation, and in-service decision making</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to the enhancement of our food and beverage experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Will Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Current Manager’s Certificate (or eligible to obtain) is essential</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in a duty manager or supervisory role in a busy F&amp;B environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-first approach</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">A hands-on, professional style and ability to guide service under pressure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Deep understanding of service flow, food and beverage, and team coordination</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of New Zealand hospitality regulations including health and safety and liquor licensing</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to lead from the floor, mentor a team, and play a key role in the next stage of Jack’s Point’s evolution.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">As this is a leadership position, applicants for this role should have NZ citizenship/residency or a NZ work visa with a minimum of 6 months validity.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Please note, we are also looking for Front of House Servers to cover a range of day and night shifts.
