They must be <strong>H</strong>onest, <strong>O</strong>bjective, <strong>M</strong>ature and <strong>E</strong>fficient in how they approach their role at Green Brick Partners.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Green Brick Mortgage is seeking a dedicated Post Closing/Shipping Specialist to join our team in Plano, TX. As a Post Closing/Shipping Specialist, you will ensure the accurate and timely completion of post-closing activities, including the delivery of loan files to investors and ensuring compliance with all requirements.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>• Review and verify closed loan files for completeness and accuracy.• Prepare and deliver loan files to investors.• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines.• Resolve any post-closing issues or deficiencies.• Maintain accurate records of post-closing activities.• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Supervision of Others:</strong> N/A</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Authority/Budget/Decision Making/Discretion and Independent Judgment Ability:</strong> Utilizes discretion, judgment, and high-level analytical skills to interpret complex situations.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong>• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competencies:</strong> • Strong knowledge of post-closing procedures and regulations.• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Proficiency in post-closing software and Microsoft Office Suite.• Effective communication skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong>• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage post-closing.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong>• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.• Retirement savings plan with company match.• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.• A supportive and collaborative work environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
