          "text": "<p>NETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for a motivated, experienced CNC Machinist for their Exton, PA facility on the 1st shift.&#xa0; This position is responsible for the operating and programming of Mazak CNC mill/turns using Mazatrol, CNC Saw, and manual equipment.</p><p>NETZSCH Pumps &amp; Systems is a global specialist in complex fluid management, with our employees’ well-being and our customers' satisfaction as our top priorities. NETZSCH has been developing, producing and distributing positive displacement pumps worldwide for more than 70 years.&#xa0; The CNC Machinist 2 will complete the following duties among others:</p><ul><li>Set up, operate, and maintain various CNC machines, including mills and lathes</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications</li><li>Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols</li><li>Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency</li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and tools</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment</li></ul>",
