This role provides full lifecycle ownership of scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk management for complex fire protection systems within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments. The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary client interface, drives strategic execution plans, oversees multi-disciplinary coordination, and ensures compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and owner specifications. This position provides leadership to projects while maintaining accountability for financial performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately define project requirements.</li>\n <li>Create job schedules.</li>\n <li>Coordinate the delivery of tools and fabrication.</li>\n <li>Identify and manage the personnel assigned to each project and track their labor efficiency.</li>\n <li>Represent the company at job progress meetings. </li>\n <li>Initiate change orders as needed.</li>\n <li>Complete contract progress billings as required.</li>\n <li>Estimate remaining “cost-to-complete” for monthly WIP reporting.</li>\n <li>Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget. </li>\n <li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients on assigned projects. </li>\n <li>Work with clients to brainstorm creative solutions to problems to ensure their needs are met through our customized solutions. </li>\n <li>Monitor assigned projects following established guidelines to ensure they are completed as efficiently as possible. </li>\n <li>Communicate with team members regarding project needs. </li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. </li>\n <li>Read and analyze job cost reports.</li>\n <li>Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from management.</li>\n <li>Assist with collections as required.</li>\n <li>Communicate daily with foremen.</li>\n <li>Consistently overlook the design progress.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p>Will provide direct supervision to the individuals assigned to the projects being managed.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED is required.</li>\n <li>3+ years’ experience in the fire protection industry, working in sales, estimating, project management, and/or design.</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in project management with significant experience in data center or mission-critical environments.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead in high-pressure, accelerated environments.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of NFPA and industry standards.  </li>\n <li>A degree from an accredited college or university is a plus.</li>\n <li>Significant experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.</li>\n <li>Experience with Project Software, i.e. Procore, Clearstory, ACC.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of scheduling programs.</li>\n <li>Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results.</li>\n <li>Building positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees and management.</li>\n <li>Demonstrating integrity and professionalism.</li>\n <li>Demonstrating commitment to company values.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills are required.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow up on tasks and assignments in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform basic business mathematical functions.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Complying with all operating policies, procedures, executed Plans, and Programs.</li>\n <li>Ability to delegate when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong></p>\n<p>Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees, government agencies, customers, vendors and suppliers.</p>\n<p>#comunale #LI-AL1</p>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<p>The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Operations of a computer, telephone, a hand calculator, and copiers/fax machine are required. Understanding advanced math (Calculus, Algebra, & Geometry), shop math, simple drawings, technical reports, technical instructions, financial reports, layout work, legal documents, simple memos, and business letters is required. Writing or presenting simple memos, summaries, business letters, and technical reports is required.
