    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Oracle’s Global Sustainability Office is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as a Program Management Director of Sustainability Reporting &amp; Engagement. This high-impact role will oversee the functions of external sustainability communications, regulatory and voluntary reporting/disclosures, and internal employee engagement programs. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, and drive Oracle’s sustainability disclosures and communications in alignment with corporate growth and global regulatory trends.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>This role is for Nashville, TN. &nbsp;Candidate must live or be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN for this role.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, develop, and inspire a team responsible for the strategic direction and execution of Oracle’s sustainability reporting, external disclosures and communications, employee engagement and business enablement.</li>\n <li>Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant voluntary (CDP, GRI, TCFD) and regulatory (ESRS/CSRD) disclosures; ensure audit readiness and stakeholder alignment.</li>\n <li>Cultivate and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including customers, industry groups, regulators, and sustainability partners, representing Oracle’s sustainability progress and commitments.</li>\n <li>Guide the development and execution of internal engagement and training programs to build understanding and adoption of sustainability best practices across all lines of business.</li>\n <li>Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent, credible sustainability messaging and materials for customer-facing purposes.</li>\n <li>Monitor and interpret emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and standards; translate insights into actionable strategies and continuous improvement plans.</li>\n <li>Drive organizational change management to further embed sustainability across Oracle’s business functions and culture.</li>\n <li>Oversee adoption and optimization of enterprise sustainability platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud for Sustainability) for data governance, collection, and validation.</li>\n <li>Ensure Oracle’s sustainability initiatives are aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and industry benchmarks.</li>\n <li>Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; establish clear goals, performance metrics, and professional development pathways.</li>\n <li>Identify staffing needs and support recruitment, onboarding, and training to grow and advance the team’s capabilities.</li>\n <li>Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-integrity culture in alignment with Oracle’s values.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, communications, public relations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.</li>\n <li>10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3-5 years leading teams in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility roles within large, global organizations.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise-level sustainability reporting and disclosures, including navigating leading frameworks and standards (ESRS/CSRD, CDP, GRI, TCFD, GHGP).</li>\n <li>Proven experience managing external stakeholder relationships and engaging effectively with executive leadership.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.</li>\n <li>Track record of strategic program management, change management, and cross-functional leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with voluntary carbon markets, carbon offset/removal projects, and environmental commodities.</li>\n <li>Expertise in sustainability and reporting software (e.g., Oracle EPM, SAP Sustainability, Workiva).</li>\n <li>Advanced data analytics, visualization, and process optimization capabilities.</li>\n <li>Background in employee engagement, enablement, and/or learning and development.</li>\n <li>Background in sales and/or business development.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
