    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br>Collaborate with multiple teams (onsite and virtual) and act as a liaison between business units and IT to gather and translate reporting requirements.&nbsp;</p><p>Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using business analytics tools such as Power BI, SAP, AFO, FCCS, and COSMOS.&nbsp;</p><p>Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.&nbsp;</p><p>Design, develop, and implement data collection systems, databases, and analytics strategies to improve efficiency and data quality.&nbsp;</p><p>Acquire and consolidate data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.&nbsp;</p><p>Perform data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other statistical packages.&nbsp;</p><p>Ensure timely, accurate, and relevant reporting in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.&nbsp;</p><p>Drive process improvements, system automation, and support ongoing analytics initiatives.&nbsp;</p><p>Support business planning and decision-making through meaningful data insights and analysis.</p><p><strong>Profile/Competencies:</strong></p><p><br>Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE, Finance, Data Management</p><p>Experience of 5 - 7 Years</p><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>Hands-on experience with Power BI, SAP, and data management tools (mandatory)</p><p>Knowledge of financial systems and business processes</p><p>Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation</p><p>Understanding of statistical techniques and data interpretation</p><p>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively</p><p>Strong project management and communication skills</p>",
