The ideal candidate is a commercially minded, collaborative self‑starter with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and partner with business stakeholders, balancing risk with business objectives.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">This role is based in Jersey City, NJ and will report to the Chief Litigation &amp; Managing Counsel. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week with the option of working remotely for the remaining two days.</span></p>",
