This role is pivotal in driving high-quality programs across the enterprise, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions  </strong>                                                     </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Effectively oversee customer and manufacturing programs through our project management system; primarily focused on higher complexity, cross-company, and international transfer programs</li>\n <li>Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with both internal teams and external customers to meet and exceed program objectives.</li>\n <li>Oversee customer projects to ensure all requirements, scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met.</li>\n <li>Responsible for successful program transition to manufacturing and monitoring in production to assure sustainable manufacturing output with line of site to cost targets</li>\n <li>Promote teamwork across stakeholders to drive seamless project execution.</li>\n <li>Champion customer needs throughout the organization, ensuring timely progress on programs.</li>\n <li>Maintain a deep understanding of our manufacturing capabilities and processes relevant to the medical device industry.</li>\n <li>Provide strategic input to support functions (e.g., Engineering, Customer Service, Planning) on proposals, contract reviews, and system enhancements.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholder engineering, quality, and operations teams to uphold gross margin targets and deliver cost-effective solutions.</li>\n <li>Oversee the successful transition of projects into production.</li>\n <li>Accurately assess customer needs and the core markets we serve.</li>\n <li>Ensure business systems are effectively implemented, maintained, and operational.</li>\n <li>Define goals and performance expectations aligned with Cretex company objectives and manage personnel in accordance with corporate policies.</li>\n <li>Maintain professional, timely communication with all departments and customers.</li>\n <li>Support adherence to the company’s Quality System, ISO standards, and medical device regulations.</li>\n <li>Participate in our Operational Excellence Program and promote continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. KSA’s and certifications) </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree or commensurate experience in a related field.</li>\n <li>10 years of experience in Program/Project Management.</li>\n <li>4+ years of experience in a business leadership role</li>\n <li>Extensive experience in medical product lifecycle management</li>\n <li>Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio or equivalent) for managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicating status.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.</li>\n <li>Proven track record in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative measures.</li>\n <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Desirable Criteria & Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.</li>\n <li>4+ years of multi-functional leadership experience with P/L responsibility preferred</li>\n <li>Engagement in continuing education, including participation in industry associations and organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-JW1</p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $124,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.\n<h2>Pay Range Details</h2>\n<p><strong>PAY RANGE DETAILS:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
