We are currently seeking DevOps focused Software Engineer for a program supporting research and development activities in the Health and Defense sectors. This is an amazing opportunity to directly deliver emerging technological capability to our nation’s best. </p>\n<h2>Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for coordinating with government customer and program leadership for development and execution of cloud and virtualized automation to support AI/ML informed digital engineering design and management.</li>\n <li>Provide test subject matter expertise in development of automation and integration of associated test methods and models for digital test to achieve validation of design acceptability criteria. </li>\n <li>Design, develop and update software pipelines required to complete digital model based tests IAW with approved test plan, and design sprint activity.</li>\n <li>Support solutioning for program of government customers needs in implementing physics based modelling implementation of advances in AI/ML applications.</li>\n <li>Develop, implement, and sustain software/hardware solutions in support of PSI’s Emerging Technology and Innovation activities in VR/AR, robotics, and UAS.</li>\n <li>Supports new developmental projects with technical and operational expertise. </li>\n <li>Ensures team maintains and complies with all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Minimum Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of experience in Software development and engineering.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of commercial and military cloud and IT systems and networks.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of government information assurance, policy, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of and experience in automation pipeline design, code optimization and refactoring for optimal performance in advanced math and high power compute, digital test design and execution.</li>\n <li>3 years of experience with industry standard test methodologies for hardware, software, and systems verification and validation.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of containerized solutions for Cloud and IT infrastructures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Robotics and swarming uAS.</li>\n <li>Digital Thread, Digital Shadow, or Digital Twin technologies.</li>\n <li>Experience in AR/VR gaming development or AR/VR modelling and simulation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<p>PSI offers full-time, benefits eligible employees a competitive total compensation package that includes paid leave, and options for employer sponsored group medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D coverage, legal services, identity theft, and accident insurance.
