    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Participate in <strong>OTM implementation, rollout, and support projects</strong> across geographies.</li><li>Work Closely with implementation team to gather, analyze, and document <strong>business requirements</strong> related to Transportation &amp; Logistics processes for following modules:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Order Management</li><li>Shipment Management</li><li>Planning &amp; Optimization</li><li>Rate Management</li><li>Billing &amp; Freight Settlement</li><li>Agents &amp; Automation</li><li>Track and Trace</li></ul></li><li>Prepare <strong>Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRD, Solution Design Documents</strong>.</li><li>Conduct <strong>workshops, CRP sessions, UAT support, and end-user training</strong>.</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external technical teams for integrations with third party applications and ERP.</li><li>Support <strong>data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities</strong>.</li><li>Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.</li><li>Work closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>5-7 years of experience in <strong>Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consulting</strong>.</li><li>At least <strong>1–2 end-to-end OTM implementation/rollout projects</strong> experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>Transportation &amp; Logistics business processes</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience in OTM configuration and functional setups.</li><li>Validate that OTM configuration meets business requirements, Identify gaps between business expectations and system setup, Get business sign-off before moving to UAT or Go-Live</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>OTM integrations</strong> (XML, web services, middleware) is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Oracle Cloud and OIC</strong> would be an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Track and Trace&nbsp;</strong>would be an advantage</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Educational Qualification:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics / IT / Business Administration.</li><li>Relevant OTM certifications (if any) will be an added advantage.</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Travel &amp; Deployment:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Willingness to travel and relocate based on project requirements.</li><li>Eligible for domestic and international project rollouts.</li><li>Flexible to work in different time zones based on project needs.</li></ul>",
