Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What you’ll do </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively with clients on how to improve our operations.</li>\n <li>Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of Promise-driven employees. Identify proper staffing levels to complete duties, deliver a superior customer experience, and perform daily job functions. </li>\n <li>Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.</li>\n <li>Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget. </li>\n <li>Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.</li>\n <li>Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash. </li>\n <li>Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards. </li>\n <li>Monitor and review all damage claims. Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve the safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.</li>\n <li>Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What you need   </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of team members.</li>\n <li>Passionate about going above and beyond to deliver the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by finding unique ways to solve problems.</li>\n <li>Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.</li>\n <li>Ability to react and problem-solve quickly. </li>\n <li>Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
