    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Work Experience and Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Minimum of 5 years of steel/construction supervision experience, including general building construction experience in all trade areas (Building, Construction and Architectural),&nbsp;</li><li>Five (5) or more years&#39; experience under a state-licensed builder/contractor.</li><li>Knowledge of OSHA and safety requirements related to construction.</li><li>Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.</li><li>Understanding of all facets of the construction process.</li><li>Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.</li><li>Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.</li><li>Effective written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Project Management software (e.g., MS Project).</li><li>Scaffolding Certification.</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule.</li><li>Bilingual (preferred).</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:5.35pt;\"><strong>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Assist in the oversight and direction of various construction projects from conception to completion.</li><li>Ensure construction projects comply with building and safety regulations.</li><li>Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.</li><li>Meet contractual conditions of performance.</li><li>Monitor daily work progress to evaluate progress to scheduling deliverables; make recommendations for adjustments as needed.</li><li>Anticipate delays and hindrances to project completion and make recommendations for prompt resolution/remediation.</li><li>Supervise construction workers including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, evaluating and administering disciplinary action, as necessary.</li><li>Coordinate work of subcontractors to ensure efficient staffing on projects and reassigning such resources, as needed.</li><li>Prepare and/or maintain project documentation, including project deliverables, schedules, budgets, and status reports.</li><li>Generate regular progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.</li><li>Organize and participate in project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.</li><li>Manage the selection of tools, materials and equipment and monitor inventory.</li><li>Perform other duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:5.35pt;\"><strong>Educational&nbsp;Requirements:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field or;</li><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 10 years of experience in advanced skills training in supervising, electrical, plumbing and other building trades areas.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:5.35pt;\"><strong>Testing:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Drug screening, as permitted by, and consistent with, applicable law.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:5.35pt;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:5.35pt;\">Persons performing service in this position classification may routinely exert up to <strong>80&nbsp;</strong>pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
