Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</p><p>2. Previous unarmed patrol experience preferred.</p><p>3. High school graduate preferred.</p><p>4. Ability to work with guests in all areas, with a positive approach.</p><p>5. Ability to concentrate on detail and follow-up work while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.</p><p>6. Ability to work as a team.</p><p><strong>Purpose:</strong></p><p>Maintain security of resort - assist flow of operation during business hours.</p><p><strong>Major Duties:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1. Patrol all resort facilities and react in logical manner to situations which arise.</p><p>2. Write all reports necessary.</p><p>3. Maintain communication with base station and co-workers throughout shift.</p><p>&nbsp;4. Monitor traffic flow on resort.</p><p>5. Possess basic first-aid knowledge and utilize skills as necessary. Obtains assistance for accident victims.</p><p>6. Maintain a shift log recording and all unusual activity or observations.</p><p>7. Know the resort chain of command and governing United States resort authorities to contact in emergency situation.</p><p>8. Assist guest as necessary with requests that may arise when other resort departments have closed.</p><p>9. Patrol in public areas to detect fires, unsafe areas and missing or inoperative equipment.</p><p>10. Warns and/or ejects troublemakers and cautions careless people.</p><p>11. Report disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism and accidents.</p><p>12. Transportation of customers to various points on resort.</p><p>13. Receive boat handling &amp; operation training. Know safe operation and boat handling procedures.</p><p>14. Notifies staff of presence of persons with questionable reputations.</p><p>&nbsp;15. Always operate with an emphasis on guest hospitality.</p><p>16. Use &ldquo;clean as you go&rdquo; method when performing your work duties.</p><p>17. Operate equipment with energy conservation in mind.</p><p>&nbsp;18. Adhere to safety policies.</p><p>19. Be present at all departmental, resort and training meetings.</p><p>20. Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (both within the department and in other resort departments).</p><p>21. Maintain a positive attitude toward the resort and the job being performed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>General:</strong></p><p>1. Be aware of daily activities and events at the resort.</p><p>2. Be knowledgeable of all resort operations.</p><p>3. Perform all reasonable job requests assigned by General Manager.</p><p>4.
