In this role, you’ll manage multiple workstreams, translate technical requirements into actionable plans, and serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring successful project execution by managing scope, schedules, risks, and resources while driving collaboration across technical teams such as software engineering, cloud transformation, or data integration teams. A light hands-on approach to technical problem-solving will also be valuable for troubleshooting and quality assurance. As part of our consulting team, you’ll also have the opportunity to: - Build strong client relationships that lead to new project opportunities. - Contribute to CompassX initiatives, including recruiting, mentoring, and firm development. We look for our Managers to have several of the following: 6+ years as a project manager leading technical teams. Strong consulting background, ideally with experience in premier consulting firms. Proven success managing complex, fast-paced projects with multiple work-streams. Strong understanding and application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies (e.g., sprints, backlog prioritization, retrospectives). A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a strong technical foundation. Experience in technology implementations, cloud transformations, or data integrations. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
